So what that I’m a Christian… I know it’s meant to make a difference to my life and to be sure, when worshiping on Sunday or at other times when I’m with fellow Christians, I do see how important Jesus is becoming in my life, but most of my life is not spent in a Christian setting and I struggle to see what difference being a Christian makes and sometimes, I even forget what I’m meant to be!

A system we would later replicate when our son James was born.
Dear Friends today we celebrate Pentecost.
When year on year I came to preach& on this day when we remember the coming of the Holy Spirit in power on God’s people, I struggled, not because I didn’t believe that it happened, but rather that it was a one-off.
Some years ago Erika and I were asked to lead a workshop at Spring Harvest on ‘Making disciples in a rural setting’. After consideration I turned down the invitation as I had nothing to share of any value on the subject.
